Vendor tables are sold on a first-come, first serve basis. All tables reserved must be paid for in full by March 31, 2017. A deposit of 1/2 the amount owed is required by February 1, 2017. Any vendor not remitting the full payment by March 31, 2017 will lose their reservation and their deposit. Vendor table invoices paid in full by Dec 31st 2016 will get a special discount of $5.00 per table.


All vendor tables are 30” x 72”. The vendor room is located in a separate area (arena) across from the auditorium. The room is well lit with fluorescent lighting and easy access for both vendors and the public. Wrist bands are required for entry into all show venues. Setup will be extremely easy as you can back up directly to the large garage style door into the room to load/unload. Vendors will have their own separate free parking area.


The vendor room layout has been designed to allow easy access and plenty of room. Table placement will be based on show requirements. We will try to accommodate any special needs to fully paid vendors by seniority and limited to availability. The Torcan Show reserves the right to change any previously agreed to arrangement without penalty or refund. Please email the Torcan Committee with respect to power needs or any special requests.


Please note we will grant free access to the show as a vendor- 2 free admissions for the first 3 tables and an additional free admission for each additional table purchased.

Vendor table are $35.00 per table for the first 3 tables, and $25.00 per table for the 4th and more tables. If you would like to request vendor tables, fill in the form below. You will be contacted shortly to confirm your table request and arrange for payment.
